Report a Wage Concern

How to report a wage concern.

A concern about payment of wages can be reported to the Department. The report will be reviewed by the Department of Labor Inspection Division.  If the information you provide rises to a violation of law falling under our jurisdiction, the Department may choose to contact the employer via a courtesy call, warning letter, or investigation.  You will be contacted in advance if we believe our communication with the employer could result in your identity being learned.
