File a Whistleblowers' Complaint

Wage and hour whistleblowers' complaint process.

There are two types of whistleblower requests.

Please review the two types below and follow the steps for the type that your situation falls under:

Type A:

You are a Public employee who wishes to provide information requesting the Department to investigate suspicions of fraud waste or abuse;

A Public Employee who wishes to submit a complaint limited to the possible existence of activity constituting fraud, waste, or abuse in the expenditure of any public funds under RSA 275-E:8 must file the Public Employee Complaint Form:

The Public Employee Complaint Form can be returned to the Department of Labor via email or mail:

Type B: 

You are an employee (Private or Public) whose employer has violated RSA 275-E:2, II and is seeking the rights and remedies associated with RSA 275-E:4.

Any employee who wishes to file a complaint against their employer under RSA 275-E, must first complete Whistleblowers' Complaint Form using one of the following three options:

Option Two: Complete the Whistleblower Complaint Form and return it to the Department of Labor via email or mail:

Option Three: Telephone or email the Hearings Bureau at the Department of Labor to have a Whistleblower Complaint form mailed to you to complete and return.
