File an Online Wage Claim
Wage and hour wage claim process
A wage claim is a request for a hearing against your employer. Any employee who is due unpaid wages may file a wage claim within 36 months from when the wages are due. Your employer will be made aware of the wage claim should you elect to file one and will have the opportunity to respond. Both parties will have an opportunity to appear and be heard at an administrative hearing. At the hearing you will have the opportunity to present evidence about your claim to a hearing officer.
For a general understanding of the Wage Claim process, please refer to the Wage Claim Process Guide
